INFORMATION COLLECTED

The information that you specifically provide to us shall include the login credentials for validation and authentication of your account and shall extend to personal information such as name, date of birth, employment, mobile number, address etc.

The medical information collected would be specific to your medical needs and requirements and for the sole purpose of understanding your background of health and medical support you may require.

The Website will also collect and store your IP address, though which the location of your computer device or system will be available to us.
